Wow, a lot going on in this picture. The eyes are very sad if just focusing on them alone, while the mouth with the slightly upward tips causes a lot of mischievousness. A LOT of youth in the face, but the hands are very adult. No vibrant colors and with geometric, horizontal linework in the background it causes a neutral tone, yet the dreads cause a spunkiness to be added to the picture (although in a modest fashion). Very modern feel, yet very dated texture. Nice sense of lighting too: dark around light around dark with the most (yet very slight) glare to direct to the eyes, being the main focus of the picture. Makes me wonder what was trying to be said besides the of course "This is me - I am me" message; the "who" rather than the "what."

I like it.
